Rich is a former Executive Vice President and business development lead for Parsons’ Defense & Intelligence (D&I) business unit. Rich developed and lead execution of the company’s overall growth strategy for this business unit and delivered over $1.4B in annual sales. Prior to this role, he served in general manager roles as the business P&L leader for two different business sectors within Parsons. Rich came to Parsons as part of the acquisition of OGSystems® where he served in multiple Partner roles, the last of which was as their Chief Growth Officer. Rich began his professional career as a Navy P-3C Naval Flight Officer and has a deep background in national space systems.
Rich holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from George Mason University.

Steve worked his way up the corporate ladder holding every position from individual contributor on project to the strategic and operational lead for OGSystems. He left Parsons in 2020 and spent the last several years mentoring small business founders and evaluating companies for Private Equity partners. Prior to his career in business, Steve served as an officer in the Marine Corps. He is a husband and father of two (Hi Adora, Maddie and Miles) and a terrible but committed golfer.

PeARL Flash 3D image generation tool that develops precision geo-registered point clouds from any FMV source. The PeARL product line enables the fusion of multi sensor content into a single, dynamic 3D processing pipeline that continuously delivers the most accurate and high fidelity product into the hands of military, intelligence, civil and humanitarian mission planning teams.
Example Solution: Global Navigation System (GNS) GNS upgraded and expanded the current Aeronautical and Maritime Safety of Navigation (SoN) data stores, processes, and foundation procedures. We led development of the One-Feature-One-Time database, a data model that maximized data storage and provided the ability to create multiple representations for different mapping products using the same feature. This led the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency to modernize from product-centric to data-centric SoN systems.

SOCi is a leading software company specializing in local marketing solutions for multi-location enterprises. They are changing how customers use software, and has officially morphed its Marketing Cloud to a CoMarketing Cloud.
